HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?

Check our size guide for detailed measurements and fit guidance. You can also use the size calculator within the size guide for a more personalized recommendation.

You can also refer to the model’s height and the size they’re wearing on the product page to better understand how the item fits.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In-stock items are processed within 24 hours on business days. Most of our items are made to order, so processing typically takes 4–6 business days.

Once processed and shipped, delivery times are:

  • Express: 1–3 business days
  • Standard: 6–10 business days
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking yet, your order is still being processed.

You can also track your order through your BADINKA account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click “Track My Shipment” next to your order
  3. If no tracking is available, your order is still being processed
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates vary based on your location and package weight. The exact cost is calculated at checkout.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES OR CUSTOMS FEES?

Orders shipped to the United States, European Union, and Australia are delivered with no additional charges upon arrival.

For other destinations, additional duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country and the value of your order. These charges are set by local authorities and collected by the carrier.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used on any purchase on our website.

You can choose to have the gift card sent directly to the recipient or to yourself. Gift cards do not expire.

You can select from a range of Badinka designs when purchasing. The gift card is delivered by email and can be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully spent.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders go straight into production, so changes or cancellations are not possible once placed.

However, if you need to update your size, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

Oops! We’re really sorry about that - we take product quality very seriously.

Please contact us at hello@badinka.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

We may ask for photos or additional details to review the issue and resolve it.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return the original item and place a new order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns are processed within 5 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse. Once processed, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email .

Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, production processes, and design that go into each piece.

All of our products are made in Europe using carefully selected fabrics, including premium textiles sourced from Italy. We focus on durability, fit, and finish. Our prints are designed to last, resist fading, and maintain their structure over time.

Most of our items are made to order, allowing us to prioritize craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail over mass production.
WHY ARE SIMILAR PRODUCTS SOLD ELSEWHERE FOR LESS?

While some products may appear similar, differences in design, fit, and production can significantly affect how a piece looks and feels when worn.

All of our designs are developed in-house and produced in Europe using carefully selected fabrics. Our collections are built on original designs created by our team, with a strong focus on fit, structure, and finish - ensuring each piece looks the way it’s intended to on the body, in motion, and on camera.

In some cases, similar listings may use our imagery or replicate our designs without authorization. These versions are not affiliated with us and are often produced using different materials and mass-production methods, which can result in noticeable differences in fit, fabric feel, print quality, and color accuracy.
